GOLDEN FIELD
VISUAL DIALOGUE•CRAFTSMANSHIP•MOVEMENT•MATTER

“She was a moonflower, blooming only at night. She would never let anyone get close enough to see her true light.”

This project was conceived as a visual manifesto, an exploration where our creative universes converge to take dance out of its usual stage and integrate it into raw nature.

The golden wheat fields at sunset serve as a backdrop for a narrative of dramatic contrasts. Ballerina Nora Peinador embodies that 'Moonflower,' a mysterious nocturnal presence dressed in the elegant sobriety of Ángela Pedregal's black two-piece body and skirt design.

My intervention as art director and accessories designer was to create the pieces that crown this vision, dialoguing with the environment and the concept:

Connection to Earth: A dried flower headband that blends with the golden landscape, anchoring the figure to nature.

Mystery and Drama: An artisanal crochet headpiece covered by a dense black tulle veil. This piece generates the project's most powerful images, providing theatrical drama and an intense aesthetic—reminiscent of the visual depth of Dolce & Gabbana—where craftsmanship is veiled and unveiled with the movement of the dance.
