TEXTILE GEOMETRY
COMPREHENSIVE NARRATIVE•DESIGN•SPACE & MATTER
Cover & Main Editorial for SDMAG • Photography by Adriana Martí. Creative Direction, Fashion Design & Set Design by Lucía de Gustin.
This work was a comprehensive challenge for me. My role went far beyond just styling garments. It was about directing, designing, and creating the complete visual narrative, ensuring every piece fitted the story.
I undertook the design, pattern making, and construction of the main pieces, building silhouettes from scratch to ensure every volume told the exact story we sought.
The atmosphere is also a protagonist. We sculpted the environment through the installation of large textiles. These fabrics, artisanally dyed by the collaborating atelier, were arranged and hung by us to create enveloping textile architectures and a dreamlike color palette.
To close the narrative circle, I defined the beauty direction, selecting the makeup team and working closely on the selection of specific colors, textures, and volumes for the face, ensuring radical aesthetic coherence in every frame.
